Burgundy Wine Dinner

Sep 25, 2015

THURSDAY 8th OCTOBER 2015 – 6.30pm
£40 per person

You are invited to join us at Firebrick Brasserie as we host our very first Wine Dinner with the help of wine expert Andrew Barraclough, UK Market Manager at Maisons et Domaines Henriot, who will introduce us to some of the finest wines from the Burgundy region of France.

Andrew will guide us through 5 exceptional wines from two world-renowned wine producers – Bouchard Père & Fils and William Fèvre. Each wine has been matched with some outstanding local ingredients, with a bespoke menu created by Firebrick’s chef/owner David Haetzman.

We start the evening at 6.30pm with a welcome drink, sampling a glass of William Fèvre St Bris, accompanied by a tempting canapé before sitting down to dinner at 7pm. Over dinner we will sample an exceptional wine with each course, getting the chance to find out a little more about the wines and the Burgundy region.

Don’t worry about wine tasting knowledge, there’s no right or wrong way to enjoy wine, our tasting evenings are all about enjoyment and discovering something new.

We look forward to welcoming you and introducing you to fine local ingredients, fantastic wine and hopefully an enjoyable and interesting evening.
